    Jag har gjort tiramisu utan marscapone, där byttes den ut mot 1 dl vispgrädde och 1½ dl kesella för 4 portioner. Den blir inte riktigt lika fin som i originalrecepten kanske, men jag tyckte att det funkade.

    Jag har letat efter recept på tiramisu med annat än mascarpone, då har man fått förslag på philadelphiaost, eller kesella, m.m.
    Har inte kommit fram till det ultimata receptet på tiramisu utan mascarpone, som jag tycker är löjligt dyrt för en tiramisu.

    Vet att Ricottaost är gjord på vasslen som blir när man gör ex mozarella.
    Mascarpone är egentligen inte en ost utan mer en extra fet gräddkräm. Används till efterrätter eller iställlet för grädde till ex frukt. även till bakverk.

    Philadelfia är väl en färskost har jag för mig. Ej lagrad mao.

    Ricotta och philadelfia är ju lite salta medans mascarpone inte smakar något speciellt. Mer lite som syrlig, fet grädde. Kanske någon annan har bättre svar {dont-know}
